We offer outdoor ceremonies in all seasons, with an indoor ceremony option also available.
In addition to the stunning private setting for your vow exchange, our attentive team will be present to assist you and your bridal party down the aisle.
A dedicated event coordinator from our professional staff will work closely with you throughout the planning process, ensuring every detail of your ceremony is thoughtfully coordinated.
Your ceremony includes 100 white padded folding chairs, with additional chairs available for $5 each. The Shepherd’s Hollow team handles all setup and removal, allowing you to focus entirely on your special moment.
From the initial consultation to the final moments before you say “I do,” our experienced coordinators will provide personalized guidance and support throughout the process.
On-Site Ceremony Cost: $5,000
Wedding ceremonies are available exclusively when your reception is also held on-site.
Your ceremony pricing also includes two hours of Bridal Suite access immediately prior to your ceremony.
We will schedule and coordinate a ceremony rehearsal for you during the week of your wedding.
Rehearsals are scheduled once we are approximately two months prior to your wedding date and are allocated 30 minutes.
A member of our events team will be on hand to assist with the process alongside your officiant.
Many couples extend their rehearsal experience by hosting a rehearsal dinner on-site after their ceremony practice. Our dining spaces provide an elegant setting to gather your wedding party and closest family members before the wedding day.

Enjoy the privacy and elegance of our Bridal Suite as you get ready on your wedding day.
The space features five styling stations for hair and makeup, comfortable seating, and a private terrace overlooking the pines. A two-hour rental immediately prior to your ceremony is included in the on-site ceremony cost.
An extended rental to fully get ready on-site is also available. With an extended rental, a dedicated suite attendant will attend to your needs throughout your time in the space. Complimentary champagne and a light lunch are included. Timelines are customized, with arrivals available as early as 9:00 AM. Each additional hour is $250.
Please note that the Bridal Suite will be locked at the start of your ceremony. No re-entry is permitted.
Rental of the Bridal Suite is only available when the ceremony and reception are hosted on-site.
