Shepherd's Hollow is one of the most beautiful and photogenic sites in Southeast Michigan. Over the years, many people have requested to use Shepherd's Hollow to take photographs.

 

We accommodate those requests based on the following set of criteria:

 

• All personal photography (i.e. senior pictures, engagement photos, or other photography) requires a completed and signed request form and waiver of claim found below. These items must be signed and submitted to the Pro Shop in person at least one week prior to your desired date for photography. 

• Prom photography is prohibited.

• Wedding photography is limited to groups that are having their wedding and or ceremony at our facility. 

• All photography must take place within walking distance of the clubhouse and is limited to one hour unless otherwise approved by Shepherd's Hollow Staff. 

 

Please note that Shepherd's Hollow reserves the right to deny, cancel, or change the date of a photography request. Your photography request is not confirmed until a member of our management team has confirmed your date and time. 

 

All personal photography sessions are $250. This can be paid via cash or credit card. You will not be charged anything until your photography request has been approved. 

 

Corporate or professional photography of products, models or specifically for marketing material requires a site fee, a signed waiver as well as a certificate of insurance naming Shepherd's Hollow Golf Club LLC additional insured. Fee, time and locations must be negotiated and coordinated in advance with the management staff.
